FINDING the right tenant is 90% of a successful rental transaction. That's what we do and we have been doing that full time since 1991. 95% of our current rental inventory is either repeat or referral. Most of our owners have been with us longer than 5 years. Experience has taught us what to look for in finding the right tenant.

Our fee for finding you the right tenant is simple. ½ of the agreed monthly rent. IE: Monthly rent = $1,500.00 Our Fee = $750.00. We advertise your property, show it, process the applications and do all the paperwork. We provide a comprehensive walk-through of the home on the day of occupancy including photos.

We won't leave you! We will continue to assist you should a problem arise or if you have a question. Didn't get the rent on time? We will call the tenant and try to collect or post a 3 day notice at no charge to you.

Something broke in the house? We can refer you to a vendor we have worked with in the past who can help you repair the problem.
